Huntsville is a year round destination with much to enjoy. The area is well known for it’s natural beauty that can be experienced just by looking out your front window. Easily expand this view by visiting Arrowhead Provincial Park and Big East River Provincial Park. You can also visit the Civic Center Algonquin Theater and Group of Seven Outdoor Gallery for cultural highlights.
Whichever the season, there is much to see and do. In the summer, have fun on the lake boating, swimming, paddleboarding or relaxing on our private beach. In the spring and fall, there are many hiking trails and two golf courses just minutes away. For winter, you can use those same trails with snowshoes or hit the ski slopes of Hidden Valley.
If it’s a more low key experience that you desire, there are many great restaurants and Huntsville town shopping just minutes away.

More About This Condo
THE LIVING SPACE
- Modern and spacious with brand new furnishings throughout.
- Admire the partial lake view from the front window, primary bedroom window or front porch
- Radiant underfloor heating and a gas fireplace for winter / Central air conditioning for summer.
- Our 2 bedroom condo is best suited for a maximum of 2 couples, featuring a primary bedroom with a king bed and en-suite, and a second bedroom with a queen bed and separate bathroom.
- The kitchen is well stocked with dishware, flatware, cooking utensils, pots, pans and baking trays, along with the basics; salt, pepper and oil.
- Keurig coffee machine and pods to get you started in the morning.
- Bed linen and towels are provided in the bedrooms, just bring your favourite bathroom products and relax.
- For groceries and anything you may have forgotten, there are two large grocery stores in town, a Metro and an Independent (Loblaws) just 10 minutes away.
- Strong Wi-Fi signal is received throughout the condo and there is a Samsung Smart TV.

- Front door access through WiFi Smart Lock, Keyless Entry Door Lock, Touchscreen Keypad Door Lock
- Guests can park their single vehicle in front of the building. All parking is free to guests.
- Additional vehicles permitted in the lower parking lot.

NOTE
- This condo is part of a larger property development. As there is construction happening further up the hill, on occasion there may larger trucks and equipment passing by to access the worksite

EVENTS
- No events allowed
- Condo rules also prohibit noise on the patio that can be heard by other units after 10pm.
SMOKING
- No smoking inside the condo or on the patio please. Smoking is only permitted in the single designated smoking area, near waste collection bins.
PETS
- Pets allowed: dogs (limit 1 total)
- You may request to bring a single well behaved dog. Please bring your own dog bed and dogs are allowed on beds, sofas or chairs.
DAMAGES & INCIDENTALS
- You will be responsible for any damage to the rental property caused by you or your party during your stay.
